FAQ
Do I need the same email as my Quantyl account?
No — your subscription is linked using your logged-in Quantyl user ID (client_reference_id / metadata). But using the same email can make your own testing easier.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel and keep access until the end of your billing period.
When will RStudio workspaces be available?
Soon. Premium will provision each subscriber their own Linux/RStudio workspace when that system is enabled.
Is this live billing?
If you’re in test mode, Stripe will show test indicators and you can use test cards. Live mode will remove that.
